How to read it without over-reading it
A reactive week is not a warning to exit. It means the same news may move prices more than it did last week. If you trade, that is a reason to size positions with more care, not a reason to take a side.
The misses stay up
At the end of each month the notes are reviewed. Windows that did not correspond to anything are listed alongside the ones that did, because the ratio is the only thing that makes the exercise honest.
